At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
